The Case:

Frankfurt am Main. Regional Court, Chamber for Commercial Law.

NexGen Systems is suing a former employee. The accusation: he allegedly stole the company's core algorithm after his termination and used it for his own start-up. Forty-one days after his termination, the competing product was on the market.

He denies everything.
